Is there a bug in book 3 where you cannot use X nor any of your companions in battle? I tried clicking on all 4 and nothing works so I've been soloing. Space bar to auto also doesn't work so I've been pressing the auto button.

Edit: Somehow everything's working again after i reloaded a save. Not sure if it was the reload that fixed it or because I tried the "0" shortcut on an enemy

I have a question about the outsider/Texas path, just finished it and was really confused on all of the fixer information and the main character blaming himself for trusting them and the mention of their names even though I had no fucking clue who they were. Didnt know who Ian was or the half orc or why they were both with the bank team or who the hell Alexander was. Ended up finding them on the wiki just so I had some context. Thankfully I kept a save right before the choice to skim through the Dresden path and meeting them was one of the first scenes. Was there a specific reason for leaving the meeting out entirely in the outsider/Texas path? Because based on the dialogue it seems like MC still knew who they are and still hired them.

Just a bug; it's fixed on the Steam version, I just haven't done a new non-steam build of book 2 since.

Hey,
Who is the writer of this VN ? That person is simply out of the world. The writer holds vast amount of knowledge in different areas which made me fall in love with the writer.
His writing made this awkward looking model(Also dull choice of keeping hottest models out of reach)VN so interesting.
Who is that greatly talentes person who is simply great with words and wise sentences, also holds knowledge for vehicles of Ground, sea, air, about firearms and lots of things?

It's all just... me. I've done a bunch of (normie) games before, as part of a team, but this was the first time I tried to make a real game all on my own. I guess Making Movies kinda counts, but that was a free hobbyist game, where Love of Magic eventually turned into more of a lifestyle.

I'm originally a coder (spent 20+ years in the industry making engines/games), but porn was where I first tried all the other stuff (writing, art, animation, vfx, sound design, marketing, etc). It's been an awesome ride so far :)

I have a suggestion. Don't take it the wrong way please.
Your writing style is awesome. As a literature student, I can confirm it.
You have currently enough patrons to hire an artist part-time.
Think of a great game, develop it alongside 'Morning Star'.
With your writing and some artist designing great models it could become the greatest porn VN ever.
Just think about it.
All the best for your new game.

I already do that, since I do these games as a fulltime developer in a studio :) After Love of Magic, I convinced my normie co-workers to come join me on the dark side.

Our first game together is done (and on this site)

We're also working on the sequel

and a new series, inspired by D&D

I'm not writing them, though; I do some code and producer stuff.

Ahh that makes the most sense, thanks for the answer love how interactive you are even on this site with a game thats finished. Just subbed on Patreon as you are quickly becoming one of my favorite devs. Keep up the work and being so interactive, one of the few devs worth it without a doubt.

That's great.. !
But Anime type VN isn't really my thing.
Please make a 3D type VN with new models.. And definitely you have to write the story. ☺

She doesn't, no :)

The character model's available for higher tier patreons who want to play, but so far it's mostly Bella and Katie having fun.

Was it Cu or Lugh who mentioned the "I" word when explaining to MC about the lack of family resemblance at the gathering of pantheons? Although, I do believe no sheep were involved!
