I agree with you. Also the reason why I said what I said. I hope this game keeps going and going, on the other hand, I am affraid I one day see an abandoned next to this game's name. Hopefully he/she (I dont know ) will find his/her "divine spark" when motivation gets low.

It's a bounded game, so 15 acts (working my way through Act V now), across 3 books. It's not designed to be an eternity game, so I do have some focus points along the way. Anyway, 0.4.23 is up on steam, building for dropbox now. Once I'm done with Act V (and with that Book 1), it'll go up here, and on Steam. In the meanwhile, if you want to beta-test, check out the

It has been a long while since I was here last, so forgive me if this was asked before but why am I unable to access the memories section and have all of them there like before? All it shows me is Emily with a blank screen

I rewrote it in 0.4.21, so unless you're on a beta branch it's been broken for a while. To cut a long story short, I thought I had a clever solution that would work out of the box. It didn't. I went back and did it the hard way

And Molly's portraits changed a while ago; I was doing the profile pictures, and I really liked her with more green eyes. Once I did this wallpaper it was clear that I really needed to go back and redo the mugshots as well. I might redo her normal (croptop) idle poses with the updated lighting model and eyes as well.

15 acts wow. I am already looking forward to that. Who needs Cyberpunk 2077 (joking). I didnt even know it was on steam, for free even? I will check that out.

Well I will say that you out did yourself with Molly. She now looks A LOT more realistic and worth looking at and I also agree with the green eyes.

Also I read through the change log and I thought I had read somewhere that either you were working on or fixed the Elsewhere UI errors like this:

love the story, love the design and characters, hate the cluelessness. i did try to do it without walkthrough. i bet i missed like 30% of the scenes. for example the cat outfit thing as an encouter. just saw one scene and 3 hours later nothing. it never appeared again. i just grind through my points and the main story. then there randomly pops out bella. no info on her except shes now part of the group. Cant even extract the images to see what i missed. assetstudio doesnt work and the online page for it doesnt work either. i dearly miss some kind of ingame hint, also the third rose event does not trigger at all with the coffe shop woman. No Clue if its just not done or there is a specific trigger... i have the rose and just read books
did somone successfully extract the cg?

I think you're probably too focused on grinding; it's not really a grind-heavy game (on purpose; I hate grinding. A good example is the books, where I deliberately said that any grinding I ask you to do, I'm going to have to grind unique content for you to progress through). It's meant to encourage you to explore around a little, and there's lots of things to do scattered around the world. The main places with optional things to do is Grassmarket, Library, Starcucks, Crowley and the Bookstore (as well as in Elsewhere).

For Bella, There's a nudge to go check out the Grassmarket in the night (and there's other events that happen there). Once you've met her (which happens any day after day 20), she'll send you an email to meet her for drinks.

Once I'm done with Act V, one of the things I need to do in the closing days of Book 1 is looking at better hints and triggers for optional content.
