I didn’t get it either, but I don’t know if it’s not implemented in the game, or if you have to wait sometime, time and place. Although I also thought that Cherie and Emma wouldn't call back, but they did.

The list would have said "that's all of Alexis's story for now" but it didn't. I feel like the dev need to tell us

has not yet been implemented (as far as I know), only to increase the status, changing the save.
