It's great that Lucky Mark will get a decent engine! One of my favorite games, even though the original is a horror show without the walkthrough and a cheat mod.
Please, think about the following:
- Reduce grind to healthy levels - in the original game without cheats the bottles of wine are very expensive indeed
- Add easy to use skip time controls if you plan on following the original game logic: +1 hour and +1 day buttons would be great.

play this game before but never finish ! because i never find some scenes whatever i try or do never find and try game from beginning 5-6 times ! if this remake is the same sorry not for me
Very excited for this remake. I feel like the original was a great game just a lot of work and grinding. The characters are great and this looks amazing. Keep up the good work

I just played till after the breakfast. I liked the original. The control now is different and i got to learn how i have to click on things. First you got only at the bottom the rooms but then you have to click on items. If you figure it out its ok. The Menu and the save screen are again different. I don´t know anymore if the render in the original where better as now? Maybe somebody can tell me but i think i remember them a lot sharper. Like i said, after breakfast and as he wants to stretch his legs i quit the game. I don´t know but somehow i don´t like it.
I needed more then 3 minutes to figure out how to get to the kitchen. The buttons of the rooms are too small also the font. I need a really good look to see it clear. The background music is very good but i think thats a bit to relaxed for this. I got tired from all and start it over tomorrow. I hope it gets better Good night

If you can grind your way to Chris's bathroom, you can enter, and Christine (aka Chris) will tell you where the kitchen is located (you can also peek at Chris, but don't slap!). Then you grind some more to the first floor and the kitchen location button will be unlocked.

You need to go 2 times to "chris" bathroom. 1st time you get the message that its ocupied. The 2nd time you can enter and ask her.

Is it just me, or if you're "remaking" (more like reprogramming) a complete game, it should not be released until it's completed.
Please make it more then just a remake. This game felt like it was dragging its feet in the beginning, then rushed, and disappointing toward the end. Please fix the pacing issue, and some extra content involving the step mother, all the girl to be honest, would be nice.
This game definitely needs a remake, along with "Cure My Addiction"; games with interesting premises and pretty good visuals that could be amazing, but with awful gameplay that was a complete randomized mess to the point that they were too frustrating to bear through.
Converting it to Ren'Py is a good start, but story progression MUST be cleaned up and made much more clear to be meaningful. Also, reducing the padding of having to replay slight variations of the same sequence would be great as well.

Why would you take the time to remake this and leave it in the terrible, grindy sandbox mode?
