Most probably your chastity/lust meter is on the chastity side. You need some lust points in order to start seeing porno content on that computer.
EDIT: Have a look at the last of the screenshots you have posted above. You need 10 lust to start seeing lesbo, 20 for blowjob videos, 30 for classic porno and so on...

Yeah, I thought about that too, but even before maxing out the lust I had it on 29 but still couldn't do anything.
Edit: I got it, instead of maxing out the lust, I should've maxed out chastity..
It all works now.

It says clearly from "solo" down.
"Lust" 10, 20, 30, etc... The higher lust you have the more options to watch. But first i advice to max your luck. Although if you don't use cheats you wont max luck any time soon. Cheats can be gotten from the first page where you downloaded that game. If they don't work search the internet you should find it pretty easy.
