This is not an incest game. There is an "incest" tag because there is actually one scene that contains 30-40 pictures + 3-4 animations.

The MC has a sister but there's only one good scene with her and it's quite far into the game, but i posted a save file a while back which starts just before that scene if you wanted to see it.

Just save yourself the time for a better game and just download the CG. The "story" isn't nearly good enough and neither are the rewards to play through.
