How do you save your game in the finished version? I've tried the search function and have yet to find this question asked or answered.

Press the right button, select Phone, and then select Save Game from the phone menu.
I think there is a tutorial at the beginning of the game, and it tells you how to save the game.

Can anyone tell me if I can transfer my saves from 0.98112 to 1.0, if I need to just download the patch, or if I need to redo it all over from scratch? Thanks in advance!

Just move the saves, they are here LE/www/save
If you have many saves, you can move the entire save folder

I've finished, but didn't find the Kamasutra Pages for Valerie #10 and #16. Guessing that at least one of those is in the steel chest that you move with the magnet, but I don't have a key for it.

Why do you have such an interesting font?
Try starting a new game, will there be an error? If not, it means that there is a problem with save. If the error persists, it means that there is a problem with your game.
You may also have installed the mod incorrectly, or updated the game incorrectly.

So you have not passed enough, use the hints and you will not miss anything.
If you play on the Hard mod, then use the guide on the first page.
