I tried to like it because so many people told me it was good but I just can't fucking stand that MC.

I'm curious what specifically bothered you about him, if you don't mind me asking.

I do think he can be pretty obnoxious at times, but I can give him a pass since he's young and inexperienced in an unusual situation. But if you can't look past that, I also get it.

I have some questions: is this game a sort of ntr/ sharing type? (judging by the intro´scenes showing before starting playing)

And how can I save every playthrough and change the MC´s name?

Not really a sharing type of game, no. The MC is the only male character that gets any action. And as far as I know, there's no easy way to change the MC's name.

Nope this is a harem game to fullest extent of the word, so only the MC will have the pleasure to enjoy the girl no sharing nor NTR are possible.
You have only one ending so there's no need to save unless the game itself will tell you to do so for safety reason.
In this first game there's no possibility to change the MC name, that started only from TON the sequel.

I'm getting strange face weirdness with the women. Like their default face is fine, but every other face is darker with a noticeable seam on the neck. Especially Amber. Is this a known issue?

The update patch is only required if you are updating from that version of the game. If you downloaded the game using the links above it, you don't need that patch.

The incest patch makes it so the MC is related to one of the characters (Mom/Son)

there is only one incest patch there. if you want one of the females you can fuck to be your characters mother then download it and place it in the www folder, overwriting the file that is already there

looks like you want the update patch after all, which mirror/version did you download?

Edit:
The Win/Mega version seems to be v1, I'm downloading it now to have a look.
And you might want to be wary about the patch, since your version doesn't seem to be the v99121 that the patch is meant to upgrade.

yet I downloaded the latest version, from one of the hosts above, and the downloaded file had the name "Lust Epidemic v.1.0", hence the exact one.
