You can't use it as it is, first you need to create a fake save in a slot and then renaming with the number of the fake slot you created and overwrite it with it.
Let's say you create a save in the slot#1 you need to rename this save "RPGMVLustEpidemicfile1.rpgsave" drag in the save folder and overwrite that save.

Yeah, that is how I did. First I saved the game and later I renamed the save I got with the one I downloaded and replaced. Well, maybe there was something wrong with the save. Do you have one that I might check?

No, there's no bestiality in NLT's games I don't know where you read it but it's a false story, there was one scene in his erlier comics only.

Some horse bestiality is in Peasant's Quest. But its not from NLT.
But in Treasure of Nadia is some scene where MC have huge dick like horse.

Thanks I appreciate the reply, but it doesn't work. Tilman went missing at this point of he story can't find him anywhere, so I assume you mean talk to Buddie. I did then after the foursome scene, I did what you told, after I acquire the fifth penny Valerie still wont give me a penny, then if I go to the hallway Simon and Andy character duplicated then two of them exit the school.

Did you managed to get the last penny from Val? I'm stuck on that part as well

Buying outfits is optional to complete the story.
Give me your save I'll see.

Talk to Tilman in the hall, go to the kitchen. After the scene, go to the bathroom, take a penny from the basket.
Go up to the second floor, go to the West wing (left), go to the second door from the top, take a penny from the basket.
Go to the East wing (right), go to the first door from the top, next to the security room, take a penny from the basket.
Valerie will give another penny, she's in the kitchen. The location of penny is random, you may have them in other places, look at the trash baskets in the rooms.

One wheel in the basement in the East wing, the other in the woods by the river. Use the search in this thread and find out where.

Penny quest is bugged. Amanda's supposed to be in the corridor with priest's picture but instead she's in kitchen with Amber and proceeds to talk about sex toy. And after the foursome scene Val's just talking about how she's proud of herself for resisting the serum but nothing else.
