There in hint system in game. You have Crystal ball in inventory.
But it is not bulletproof and in first post is walkthrough.

Agreed. I just wanted an image at the end there with all the women with big pregnant bellies. The shot at the end of the 6 cribs was a let down. I would love it if someone made an image with all of them looking pregnant.
