Your capture is awfully small I guess you mean the CaveMazeKey (Combo 15) ?

Part #1 (key bit) is the reward for satisfying the Slut Statue (Quest #22) ...
Part #2 (ring) is somewhere in the western tunnels (CaveMaze) ...

Hey lazy ... the Search function might help ... no need to read all 100+ pages

All you need to pass the maze ... is somewhere inside the maze ...

Passing the maze on a smartphone is quiet challenging/painful ... it narrows your FOV too much to see all hints ...
