That chart opens up your over-all statistics (not character stats) ... only available for patreons ...

Pregnancy is just a short animation after fighting an opponent ... Vaginal Sex ==> Creampie With/Without Impregnation ... only available for patreons ... no lasting effects ...
There are Special Events (Slutty Kathy & Herbalica Flower) that include pregnancy/birthing ... fully scripted ...

renpy-8.0.0-sdk is the wrong version of renpy sdk.You should use 0.7.4. I have no idea why this happened. Most likely you had some other renpy games installed and when unpacking mine renpy tries to use the newer version.
Is it possible to translate this game? My English is very average and I tried to translate the game but I couldn't, so my question is, is it possible or is it a waste of time?

The lack of pregnant gameplay is why I moved to other games like The Island and Violated Princess ...
BaasB should replace the Pregnancy-Tag with a Cumflation-Tag (if available) ... that´s more like it is ...
Why can´t Futa/RealFuta get pregnant ?
Far too much work creating pregnant bodies/animations ...
