Make sure to download the attached file from the post, not the one from the google drive link (seems to be the outdated version). That fixed it for me.
Kiss her during the picture taking quest (requires 5 affinity points and some paragon points), DO NOT let Warren date her, and then the option will be available at the cliff sequence.
These objectives are not completely implemented yet

Here is a romance/paragon route for anyone who needs it(all romance/paragon options selected in this save starts when chatting to max after her winning the competition)
There are some money lying on the floor, but I can't seem to pick it up, even with a detector. Bug or am I missing something real easy? Need it for lockpicks.

I'm sorry I have failed you again , I've changed the approach to the patch, shouldn't run issues into anymore, but then again I've said that before.
Sorry about that, the new file should work, glad that vasua was able to help you get pass my slip up , shouldn't have to do that next time.
TL;DR: GDrive and Attachment file were the same, the issue was a fuck up on my end, should be fixed now.
Hey, thanks for trying to help out Sonico, the drive file was actually the same as the attachment. The issue was (as vasua eluded to) that the trophies needed to be refreshed for the gallery to actually register them being acquired. So I think the reason the attachment worked for you and seemingly not the GDrive file was because when you used the GDrive file, the trophies hadn't updated yet, but when you closed the game to use the attachment file and opened it again, the trophy information (from the GDrive file) updated on the game's startup and fixed the issue. Regardless, the original patch was overcomplicated and led to this issue being present, changed the approach, there shouldn't be any issue now. (I wrote this explanation in case anyone was curios about the specifics with the issue.)

The escape sequence is NOT the romance path. It always happens with variations based on previous choices. Maybe you didn't played the whole update yet.
