Sooo...is it revealed by now what exactly Kaylie did with MC? Kind of looks like a doofus, she keeps throwing hints, while he brushes it off.

there are 2 memory fragments that shed some light and meeting with Lucia in the latest build also show some informations in that regard. (Frgament 1 & 3)
The 3rd fragment indicate he got druged with an overdose which caused his amnesia but had the chance to fuck him up even worse
She is likely a member (more unwilling than not) of another group.
My supsicion is that her Sister is either a hostage of that group or an infected that has been captured and restrained by them.
