I just feel like the latest content patches ain't worth it, I'm still waiting for a mechanic overhaul or at least a swathe of bugfixes and performance improvements before I dive back into it

I mean, it's all just shallow content patches with the occasional critical bugfix that doesn't really do much but keep this Costa Concordian-level shipwreck afloat

I don't want a new deviant, or a new teammie, I want better gameplay

And the lack of error catching is just heugh
The dev actually NEVER did sufficient patch runs. About 2 uncritical easy fixes tops every month. Only surface level thirst trap updates with some hundred words of 10% main quest progress.
I have no grounds to believe he will ever overhaul the game, its mechanics or assets. The UI, mechanics, quests, squad management, character glamour, animations are barebones, bugs are numerous. It's like Uncommon Breed, everything done with hot needles, never touched a second time. It looks like the technological debts will build up and it's revenue dries up till the dev just dumps the project without notice and duct tapes something new.
Beyond the shallow monthly low effort thirst traps (but having to spent time and effort into the game for that AND having to PAY the DRM MONTHLY) the dev/game does not deserve this popularity and money for that.

Which is why I will (probably) gonna not do anything for this game anymore X3c

is there any proper crack for this game? cause it looks like the itch.io didnt get updated in over a year.
One crack was mentioned a few posts back. It works and I checked that. Unfortunately the crack resets the games overall quest available to the crack version:
No new quests after the version the crack was compiled for, but works on the latest game version.

Even though the dev is a lazy ass and does not update the itch page, he uploads all versions there.

He bunkers himself in Patreon and exclusive Discord with yes sayers, nuked the comment section on itch and doesn't bother giving any new information on itch or anywhere else without paywalls.

Got through the Patreon check with UnityExplorer. No more cracks per se!

Instruction:
Unpack the plugin archive in the game folder, start the game and follow the steps. Close the overlay with F7. Cheating should also be possible with it.

BUT the game does not start properly. Seems the game lacks an internal value of the patreon tier?

The archive is a combination of those two:

Yes, finally someone who knows way better than I do! Thanks for the extra resources too ^u^

I do have to mention that the game regularly checks (very scummy) for the patreon's validity, which previous cracks sidesteps by just making the functions concerned spit out "true"

Unfortunately it does not work right now. Looked into DNSpy as well and I can see the obfuscation. Maybe we somehow could compile a mod from that in the very end.
I can see a specific patron is hardcoded and whitelisted, got a boolean and will get access everytime. I assume he was the coder of that part, since he published something similar on github. Could we use this fact?

Honestly, I dunno, I'm not very well versed in all this, and I just based my modifications upon the work of another earlier crackwork, of which has been posted here by a fellow f95 member. All I did is literally just port it every time a new "content" patch goes live.

So he updates only for patreon while neglecting the itch.io parts. Deletes any sort of criticism towards his "baby" on said itch.io page. Certainly a A+ game dev.

Oh boy, that's not nearly all:
  • He added AI generated CGs to Lust.
  • He cancelled development of Uncommon Breed without any notice but keeps selling it on Itch. (Allegedly to maximize profits with Lust and it's DRM.)
    • " I update the game at least once a month" - Patreon page today
  • Lust is ridden with bugs and glitches but he fixes 2 of them tops per month.
  • QoL and GUI issues / being barebone since day one.
  • Only thing not asset flips are CG and billboard characters.
  • Backers receive no build but gain access to this "alpha" state of a game with DRM (while subscribing which is laughable).

You and me both. Never coded before. :)

IIRC The Dev claim himself to be a "Business man" rather than "game developer".
So it's not surprising his focus is not "Developing game" But "Create maximum profit from the platform know as Gay Porn game ". Thus his interest is totally opposite from Players'.
Really, if you know better you'd stay clear from him. Or just like his backers who don't mind to pay money for basic porn.

i may not know a damn thing about coding, but i do know what a fucking fraud is. More furries need to start thinking with their wallets and brains and not with their dicks. How is this dude not getting rightfully flamed for his shitty handling on both of his projects?

Because of dicks. That's all I can think of.
