I had to redownload when I saw "Exodia" as one of the listed characters just to confirm if it was THAT Exodia. It was lmao.

what with this changelogs? is there any content added or only custom characters?
From what the past few updates have been, it seems that the primary focus of the developer is adding in more customized (or customizable) characters of both male and female.
The story, as I last checked, was taking a bit of a backseat to the customization. What you could DO was the same, but what the characters could look like, be it from a movie, game, book, etc. was expanded.

I'm sure make some new sex positions is the less-grade important of another things at Developers's POV (I really want the new update can add missionary position or lift-carry position)

If you are talking about Exodia being on this game...
Lots of people has weird tastes, and there is even people who doesn't really have a weird taste but like lots of funny things in the middle of their porn (we do have a tag called "humor"). I'm not one of them, but as I said, no matter if it's a hot character or a joke, more characters in a game like this means more items, and such items can be used for other things, so it's never something useless. The problem is, like I said, that items that has no customization options, or are "way too much parts in a single one instead of separating categories (shirt, gloves, pants, etc)", these items reduce how good is this thing of "more items are always welcome".
Anyway, I don't really see a reason for the dev to be mad about Exodia winning a pool or something like that. They are doing what their public want to see. Also, this also serves to attract new people for the game (the first comment in this page is "I had to redownload it"), so maybe more people will get to know the game and even subscribe to their Patreon, bringing more money and new content. The only problem, however, would be if there was way too much people wanting something that the dev don't wanna to be the main thing, but with characters that really have their lewd public like Astolfo and Venti making their way into the game, I don't think that's the case.

I'm sure add Winner Characters of WAIFU/HUBBY wars are important than add some sex positions (Like Missionary/Standing Sex/Standing Lifted Carry/Full Nelson/etc) in Developers mind.

Anyway, this game is strongly based on Super Deepthroat, an old flash game that you can still run on your browser, and although it's about blowjob, it has many mods, and some of them includes new positions.
But if you want other things, you can try your luck in searching for games with the "character creation" tag, specially the completed ones, since many of them are similar in this style of "create a character and have sex with them". Among them, the main ones are Custom Maid 3D and Custom Order Maid 3D2, and the Illusion Soft games, mainly Koikatu! and Koikatsu Sunshine, Honey Select 1 and 2, Artificial Academy 2, and HoneyCome Come Come Party, that is actually from Illgames, but everyone knows they are actually Illusion Soft in disguise, even though they swear they are actually gummy bears from outer space and have never heard a thing about Illusion, since they have real magic and there is no need to depend on illusions.
