Full screen, but it also happens in windowed. I also only have 1 option for resolution

Try peeping that keyhole for Ashley in the morning, not the evening (08:00).

I tried it at 08:00 and it is not an option, you can not peep on anybody.

if you mean on the main menu then you just hover your cursor over the A I believe
