Ok, there's a few things you will need to do.
- Go into the cheats app on the phone, click "Max" then toggle the lock so your mood never decreases.
- Go to sleep naked with the door opened, set the alarm clock for 08:00 and select "I fall asleep dreaming about her" (you'll get images 24-28).
- Go to the sex shop at 14:00 when it opens and buy the massage oil.
- Go to the living room at 21:00 and offer Claire another massage (now you can use the massage oil on her).
I did steps 1-2. On step 3 I go to the shop and nothing happens and there is no Massage oil to buy.

Ah, I see why. You're playing version 1.0.2 instead of 1.0.2c. Open your save up using Notepad and search for the flag:
massage_oil_available
Change the value from 0 to 1, save the file and reload your save. When you go back to the sex shop, it will be there.
Can anyone tell me if the lesbian stuff is optional?
Just got cucked by Veronica and Officer Debby and I don't like where this is going. I'm hoping that I just made a wrong turn somewhere, but if progression in this game is tied to sharing or lesbian action I'm out. You better stop playing the game and move on if you feel "disgust" and "bothered" by the characters. I think there are plenty of other games that fits your liking more than MotH.

To be fair though, the respective tags are missing. "Lesbian" should probably be added, not sure about NTR - people have been fighting over its definition for ages on these forums, for me according to the official tag description thread this doesn't fit since clearly none of the encounters are intended to cause jealousy, but others may disagree.
Also a hint to many aspiring developers trying to introduce as many fetishes as possible: probably not the best idea if you're going for a wide appeal, some tags will make people shy away from the specific game, even though somebody always suggests "add XY". Well, for one, there is no NTR in the game, that I can assure you. We could argue/debate on the subject until the cows come home, but that's a subject I don't care to engage in. At any rate, if you want to get to the bonus ending of the game, everything needs to be completed. That includes the lesbian scenes that you don't agree with (and there's a bit of that throughout the game, TBH).
