I gathered that SL did not know about this until he first encountered it in game. I do get your point that some people don't like furry content (as an example) and the jump into furry game forums complaining about it, which is obviously stupid. I just don't think that that is the case here, especially with the very different understanding of NTR that SL has compared to standard usage on the site there probably also really wasn't a way to know. And depending on how you play, it may be a long time of a game you enjoy before you first encounter content of this kind (say, you'll start off with furthering family ties, ignoring the rest).
