You've got a long way to go before you can get the endings as you've not met all of the girls yet nor completed their storylines. The girls you have in your contact list (and there are only four) so far barely have any stats (if any), so playing any of the endings is way too soon.

Go to bed set the alarm for 08:00 sleep naked leave the door open
I think he meant his mother/landlady.
He has to go to her bedroom at 8PM when she's in the bathroom.

Actually, you need to go to the hallway in front of the bedroom to notice. The direct "go to her bedroom" from the quick navigation bar won't work.
