I am not able to play the seventh event with Claire/Mom. I keep entering the bathroom when she calls me but I never say that I was planning on taking a bath.
Delivering pizza and walking around the city and finding wallets OR using cheat menu (the phone left side down).

You need to get Mom to the first massage stage (20+ love/50+ arousal/8 stars) before you can give Amy the panties

I don't think you can unlock it without doing the Claire/Mom route. A certain event for her gives you the prompt to google the sex shop, and I don't think it's possible until you get that prompt.
