what you have to do is start claire's (mom) route till you get to the part where you find massage oil then you can search for the sex shop
how do u get veronica's key from the kitchen, i spied on her in her bed room the wait till 3 and nothing

you don't wait you sleep in your bed then you get the call go to kitchen then the police station
Try resetting her arousal to 50 with the cheat menu then do this again

with mom most need to be 10 hearts but it's really easy to do since you were doing veronica's route she should already be there
It's the beginning of all Veronica's event chain you cannot get any points with her until completed
From 0-10 Submission: Veronica's events are available from day 5 onwards.
