figured it out you have to get veronica's love over 20 then you go to neon go straight in to talk to veronica then come back out and go for a drink with amy, then go and wait for veronica to get a ride home with her and she will talk about it with you

00.00 to 04.30 after you talk to Veronica and then have a drink with Amy wait till 04.30 and go outside, Veronica is waiting for a cab and she will offer you a lift, accept the offer.
