Can I get some help with the Vault? I have it unlocked but every time I try to visit it loops the opening dialogue (id love too live there, too expensive, need 3 current res..., etc) and I have to alt+f4 cause the dialogue locks me out o the phone.

How? 15 is the max you can get intellect. The only stat you can get over 15 is strength and it maxes at 50

Thanks. Must have completely forgotten about that scene. I looked through the photos but hadn't seen that one. I expected it to be near the end of the photo gallery, not at the beginning. Really appreciate that!
