For the current version, those stats do nothing and there is no method to reduce them (as far as I know). Maybe in a future version.

Other than editing your save file no there isnt but as those two stats arent implemented into the game really yet why would you

I was just curious that whether these stats will negatively affect the progression with various girls. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
