If this second time you spy on veronica and Ashley, you need to have spoken to veronica in her bedroom first to trigger it.

The way it suppose to work is

1-Speak to veronica in her room at 12:00pm
2-Be in the top hallway on saturday at 10:00am
3-Click the up arrow
4-Click "Hell Yeah"

and that's it

in case this is due to something else that's preventing you
