how do i unlock achievement 16 in the general tab? im at 94%
#16 is the bonus ending. You need to have everything in your gallery, all other achievements at 100% and have Ashley's jealousy and Claire's suspicion stats at 5.

Not per se, but there are opportunities between you, Ashley and Sophia, you Veronica and Amy, and Claire and Diane.
There is one scene with the 3 main girls in the bonus ending.
So I'm missing the following pictures.
Ashley: 26, 27, 82-85
MC: 66-70, 73-81
Sophia: 2, 3, 5
Veronica: 1-4, 24-31
Ashley: zoom in (26 & 27) during the BJ scene in her room, select the red dress on your movie date with her (82-85).
