Don't use the WT it is outdated. The game has a build-in hint system.

You can't port a Unity game like that. You would need the sources and Unity tools.

But in all honesty, there's one, maybe two choices which might seem ambiguous. Otherwise you should be able to deduce that some wordings and some suggestions would not be used by a psychologist. At all. Like ever.

"un-incest": the same way you "incest" it: open the mapping.xml file with a text editor, enter the preferred relationship.
"unlock cheat console": play through the intro, then it's on the phone.
