I know it's posted somewhere in 420 pages but I can't find it yet. How do I enable the cheat option on the phone?

Once the introduction is complete you should see a shady looking man in a hat on your phone, that's the cheat menu (it's best to just use it for money and MC's stat's as if you cheat with the girls you may miss transitions)
My question would sound stupid /sory for that, how one can buy character rights (asking for a friend), i mean how can he register them?

And 4 the ones who are still in doubt here is the proof , that really every single opinion is taken and considered
the support of a game (program) is crucial in my opinion.
