That depends on if Sophia's hint suggests you improve your relationship with Ashley. If so, then yes. Ask Ashley out on a date twice (both dates with different outfits).
Does anyone know why the characters' relationships are still family though I didn't install the patch?

Probably because the download was prepatched. You can just open the mapping.xml file in the main directory with any text editor and "undo" the family (change sister to roommate, mom to landlady - or whatever else your heart desires).

Yeah, if you look at Ashley's image gallery, you'll see images 82 - 85 are of her wearing the red dress and 86 - 89 are of her wearing the gray sweater dress. It won't change the sex scene after each date though. That remains the same. As for the other two that are locked, if you could attach your save, I'll take a look at that for you and see what's going on.
Is there some sort of walkthrough mainly for the date sections as they are kinda a pain in the butt to understand, and i am getting tried of grinding money to try to figure them out?

Sure it's a little bit grindy, but this game is awesome. There's reward for your abject toil that is clicking a mouse button. Visually appealing, beautiful big tits, good story telling, beautiful big tits, perversion, beautiful big tits and beautiful big tits. Oh, did I say that already? Nice asses too. In my somewhat deviant universe, this game is a work of art.

The grind is a lot better than it used to be. At some point the progress system was changed entirely from a stat based game to one being story/event driven.
It's not my favorite game when it comes to character design (I don't like these huge tits), but it was interesting to play and some storylines were a lot of fun.

One ending for each girl (sometimes relying on another girl who will be included), two for Ashley, once you finished everything there is one harem ending although not with all of the girls.

If you complete all storylines, yes. Also there are endings for all girls.
You can unlock all of them in one playthrough, since each ending is a "possible future", after that you return to the game.
