Got my stats for both Amy and Veronica maxes out, contact info tells me to bend Veronica over table and visit Amy for training but nothing changes, could someone tell me how to trigger their 0.77 events?

That file (KB2670838) is actually part of the Windows 7 updates that gets released during their Patch Tuesday (second Tuesday of the month) update cycle. Whether or not that's one of the "Optional" updates, I don't know. And that could be the case. Most usually won't look at the optional updates not realizing they need it or not. And that's probably what happened in this instance.
But in any case, both my guest and host OS have this update installed.
You can check if it's installed on your system by going into Control Panel, click the Windows Update applet, click "View update history", click "Installed Updates" and in the top right where it says, "Search installed updates", do a search for: KB2670838 and you should see it in your list if it's installed.
I just did some checking and found out that KB2670838 is not applicable to Windows 10. It was written and intended for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 only.

@Sycho the tested laptops last night had no updates So I really not sure much if it has much to do with windows updates personally ( my opinion only Not Fact). none of my computers have all windows updates except the small stuff like .net and the such(They totally screw up my Windows mods) and my computers r well protected by other means.

Yeah, there's a lot of video and audio codecs out there for nearly every different type of file you can imagine. There's codecs to support OGG files, AVI, MPEG-4, MP3, VOC, MP4, XviD, DivX, Vorbis, etc.. Years ago I used to have just about every video codec I could get my hands on because of the way videos/movies were being encoded during a rip. But sometimes those codecs would have problems with others fighting for system resources to try to open the file. Sometimes it would open, other times it wouldn't.
There's a program available called G-Spot Codec Appliance. What it did was check the video file to see what codec was used during the encoding process and it would tell you what was used. So that way, all I had to do was search for that codec and violà! The video would play fine.
Programs like what you use (VLC) and what I use (SMPlayer) support nearly every video format out there. From MP4, to WMV, AVI, MPG, MPEG, MPE and FLV. So you don't need those codec packs anymore.

I've searched and it seems this bug is from (at least) v0.6.0, but I can't find a solution.
Trying to play the introduction day, stuck at 17:30 because it sends me to dinner, but dinner starts at 18:00 and I can't do anything else (can't pass time)
I know I could just skip it, but I'd like to play that also, to be honest; I can't seem to find v0.5.8, so is there any fix for this or should I just skip the day until later versions?

If you're on the introduction, the only thing you can do at the moment (if you haven't already) is buy milk for Claire so she can cook dinner. Or you can go into the kitchen and talk to her. All she will tell you is dinner is almost ready. There's no places you can explore except the store if you want to start adding items to your inventory. Or you can go to the mall and start buying things there.

Actually yes i did check and nope don't got it and remember the laptop i told u that i did not install drivers on well the only thing installed at all on the system was .net 4.5.2

Interesting. I looked at the information on that particular update and it's specifically for DirectX. It's a good bet that the updated version of the .NET framework is required as well. Most programs require it.
Okay, so if it's not in your list of updates, that tells me that this particular update is optional. With the way Micro$oft is releasing updates for Windows 7 as a "roll-up" now (a bundle of updates combined) instead of individual knowledge bases like they did in the past, I'll bet it wasn't included in the files downloaded to your system since it's most likely an optional update.

I also have already done everything it is possible to do with Amy on her apartament. What I am suppose to do to trigger the rest of the quest line?

Wake up at 8:00 and talk to Claire at the table. Once she gives you a chore to do, advance the time to 10:00 and talk to Veronica. Give her the chore and then meet her in that area (kitchen, living room or bathroom) where she has to clean or do laundry at 12:00. Talk to her and have her go to your room. Blindfold her and restrain her arms behind the chair with the handcuffs. Text Amy to have her come over to play with Veronica, then go meet with Amy at the Vault after she leaves the gym. Keep doing this for several days.

At the Vault, do everything with Amy that you can. Keep doing that for several days.
During the night when MC is in bed, Amy will call around 5:07 in the morning. After you talk to her on the phone, Veronica will text you saying she wants to talk to you.

It's been a while since I got that scene, but I think I remember that you have to click on your inventory and give Amy Veronica's panties. You have to do that at the Gym.
