Actual combat seems better for leveling myself, kill low-lv mobs where possible, along with training.

I changed early from mellee to ranged as the first shot/round can be crucial in the turn based system.

Slaves seem to level faster through personal training. I have got a 'shooter' up to 80 ranged quite fast, catching up to me, while my mellee slave training in the Arena was still around 60 str/mellee. With some patience to level those and buy good armour, they make most mercs look bad. Together we kick ass ;)

Will there be any animal/F action in the future.
Those horses must need tending to
That would ultimately be up to Grim, but based upon his current content, probably not. I think that bestiality is one of the things that can get you deplatformed across the board.

How to activate Tier2+ quest ?
Manage home -> Office -> Klick book -> Facilites -> Library -> Read book.

I got stuck later. Unspecific task step in the quest description: Building up family name to brothers return. I dont know... What conditions exactly must be met?

Also, the fact that you can't exit combat to reload when a critical person dies is really annoying. lol If a favored follower dies, I have to either close the tab that the game is running in and go open the file again, or let combat play out (which takes forever because nobody can hit the broad side of a barn). Having a quit to menu option would be great.
you can save the game right before you enter combat. 1651910697673.png

For combat, please keep in mind that if your combat skill is below 40, or you are using a weapon that has a recoil penalty because your ranged skill isnt high enough(medium recoil 40+ required, high recoil 60+ required), you will not do well im combat.

Use this as a guide:

That being said, my MC sucks at combat. I just let my mercs carry me in the early game, and use my girls as damage sponges till i can level up our combat stats.

i can still clear $10k in 6 days.

The "Founding your own Great House" functionality is limited at this time. It's main benefit is the extra $3k in cash and the .45 revolver that is unique in the game.

There's a wiki
The things listed under guides should help a lot. I also recommend looking at the items under the slaves tab.

This is almost more RPG with strong sexual overtones, than it is a porn game with RPG elements. If I couldmake a suggestion NK; make the MC be YOU. The real life, you. Now twist yourself abit, because slavery in this world is not only legal, its respected. Now, how are YOU gonna be the slaver, not the slave? Role play it, and see if it helps any.

Firstly, I just want to reiterate that my criticisms aren't meant to say the game is bad. I don't think that at all. :)

I did put it to sandbox. And honestly it hasn't really seemed to make the game any easier.

I don't know if the version I'm playing is bugged or not. Something I noticed is that save scumming doesn't change rolls for a lot of stuff quite often. Even if I change the difficulty and dice roll settings then come back to an attempted intimidate check, often times it's the same number. I don't know how your RNG is programmed, but maybe that's why I'm having such a hard time with this.

As a test, I changed my melee skill to 75 using the console, and I still cannot hit roughly half or more of the time. Grinding to that skill level would take AGES, and I'd think it would allow me to hit at least half my intended blows, even if they are low damaging hits some of the time. I've been exclusively leveling the melee skill and I'm in the mid 50s.

As an aside... what does the number in the parenthesis actually mean? It says things like -11, or +30. Are they modifiers, or how far I'm off of what I needed to roll?

Honestly, combat being so brutally punishing is about 80% of the problem, considering most missions require combat of some sort. There are very few missions you do in which you can easily avoid it.

Also, the fact that you can't exit combat to reload when a critical person dies is really annoying. lol If a favored follower dies, I have to either close the tab that the game is running in and go open the file again, or let combat play out (which takes forever because nobody can hit the broad side of a barn). No worries, all feedback improves MoR in some way and it's very appreciated!

The success chance in Melee combat is partly based on the opponent's DEX. Certain high-level enemies are extremely hard to hit due to their above-normal Dexterity values. This has however been tweaked in 0.7.9.2. so you should be able to hit better (and get hit more often by melee fighting enemies, as a side effect of this tweak).

The number shows how far away you are from actually succeeding/failing. A -150 result means that this task was probably too hard for you from the start, while a -1 result implies that you were just very close to succeeding your dice roll.

Combat is tough, I agree. That is a part of MoR, though, as it can also make you very rich and powerful once you master it - just as mastering the art of training slaves.

The new Event Engine (when you invite mercenaries/locals to parties and dinners) shows just how valuable certain combat characters are. Losing them to a group of punks might be a too-brutal end to someone who could offer you so many quests and stories like, say Ansel in Redhaven or Bud at Walton's Smithery. I have plans for making "incapacitated" mercenaries gain a counter, say maybe 30 days, that they need to deplete before returning as hireable entities on the map.

Thanks for the great game, and for taking part in discussions here. I have a couple of thoughts around this:

1) Would you consider adding a "retreat" option for individuals in combat?

2) Would it be possible to equip mercs and slaves with the heal packs so they can heal themselves as an action, or save themselves from death if brought to 0 health? You might consider something like a saving throw when brought to 0 health, or allowing another member of the party to use a heal pack on the injured party as an action in combat.

There needs to be some sort of scaling healing options. Stimpaks don't really cut it when a merc has 150 or so health. lol

Melee becomes useless against anything with higher than combat armor. Maybe consider having a high AP but lowish damage knife or something? Or something that can be done to reduce enemy armor. Make it a tactical puzzle in some way like that. As it is only crits do any damage and you can't increase your crit chance from what I can tell. So if you only focused on melee, you essentially can't progress very far in the arena.
