After you invited Mei, goto sis room at daytime, then you can start the party

First of you need the fake ring.
1. goto Alvins home, talk to him.
2. at night goto alvins home again.
3. Steal the fake ring from the Ex-husband.
4. at Saturday click on the table when Rita is not in her room.
