I'll never understand niche adult game developers. You're designing a game less than 2-digit-thousand folks will be interested in and not even one 100th of that will actually hear about it.
You're really dicking yourself over by not making a vanilla-ish porn game(anal, big titties/ass, straw-thin waists, etc) and including optional fetish content. The art, gameplay, and writing are all really good, all things considered. You're just targetting a market that's too small, my dude.
Not my cup of tea, though - with no way to avoid the niche content and the entire game being centralized on it, I have very little interest in the game itself. Ya have a great product, here, it's just not for me.

what if it's not about making a sucessful game and just making something for, well, a niche group of peoples? need to lay off with this "make things that will be popular", diversity is the spice of life, doesn't hurt anyone that i'm aware off or at least that's what i believe
Sorry to hear that, is there any certain scenes you can mention that we've removed that should be in the current game? As for the ntr bit, it's been a done deal for about 2 months now and moved on since then. We've went into clear detail over all of that many pages ago during September.

Must say it's interesting to see a few new reactions like this or similar, as we've been doing these monthly updates here on f95 for long over a year now. Nice to know there's at least some new views coming along for new possible fans. Hope you enjoy!I'd say considering the niche market of fans we cater to, we've seen much success considering our monthly support has been nothing but stable or increasing with each passing month. Let alone or recent kickstarter which has concluded at 171% funded, bringing in a little around $6300+ usd after ks fees. All of which is mainly being used for our push on cg art expected for the game.
But let's push that aside, our goal with this project wasn't to become another dime a dozen styled project tossed into the ever growing sea of those style of games. It works for some people and that's awesome for them, I believe any projects made and see themselves through are worth their own in every right. It's just that our current project isn't vanilla, that isn't to say we'll never move on from MA to do different style projects. But said future projects will still share the similar charm that we see in how we handle the game as a team.
As you mention, sadly the game doesn't seem like its targeted for you.

We're keeping update 0.14 (update 0.14.5) open for download, which consists of most of the game's content from before we transferred some content over to Ren'py. Much of said content is based on that existing content, but it's writing quality has been improved, better flowing and a mix of new events included along with moments from the existing content.
To compare this, if you play the first day of content in update 0.14 (update 0.14.5). That can be compared to episode 1 in terms of just how much of a difference there is between them.

I believe it has something to do with permissions if I recall, one of our supporters awhile back put together a small command file that allows permission on the game file to run.
(Here's the command file. I think if you drop this into the game folder and run the command file. It'll allow the game to run just fine after that.)

Is it really that loud? Is this with update 0.15? Since we've transferred the game over to Ren'py, we're missing a few gui assets and one of those is a menu button at the title screen. Please do explain more clearly, is it the music on the title screen itself that is too loud and having no option to adjust volume for that? Or is it not being able to adjust volume on the title screen before starting the game, so the music that kicks in at the start of a new game is instantly loud?
Either way we're looking into getting some new gui assets created soon. On our list right now is being able to access the config menu from the title screen. A exit button on the title screen for those in full screen mode, so it's not a hassle.

I hate to keep pestering on this subject but earlier today I tried this same thing with that file for a good 30 minutes and had no luck.
No worries by any means. I was hoping that fix would help, what seems to be the process you're doing step by step to get it running without any success?
I sadly have no experience with Mac os, but I can try reaching out to a few of our fans who play on Mac and see if they can offer some better details on what could be the issue here. ^^
I've gone through every folder and placed that file then ran chmod u+x or +x "file" and yet it never opened. I havent tried so hard to play a game in my life lol

Just to confirm, no issues when running update 0.15 on Mac? Just ensuring Ren'py is handling things perfectly fine for both Windows and Mac.
