extract the the file and the 2 files go into the game folder, replace.

That whole update, the renders looked REALLY dark. Like I'm used to them being a lot brighter in your work, and everything seemed really hard to see a lot of times.

i use the mod too but for some reason every version my save corrupts

Worked out ok for me, I got a warning before starting the new content but it fine after that. I also installed the update pack rather than getting the full download, don't know if that made a difference.
