I have found that a few developers have written their trans characters with an aura of respect and consideration. Others seem to use such characters to provide a "Take a Walk on the Wild Side" diversion for the MC.
I think he meant porn actress from this kind of games, as female renders usually used, not real porn actresses, but i might be mistaken.

You can't be serious, this game has some of the best trans content I've seen. Tracy is treated with all due respect and the mc helps her get more comfortable in her own skin.
