I wish we knew what was happening. Nef went from being incredibly reliable, to being mostly absent as of late. I wish him the best, because this is super-worrisome.

Yeah I don't think he would just disappear unless something really serious happened. It has already been over a month.

It is hard without no info to tell why this is not working for you.Did you have the zz_patch file in the subfolder game.In this folder are the script files too? When you for example start a new game did you have these text line from the screenshot?

Edit: Ah, do take note that the patch will not seem to work on saves made inside v0.1, as the latter uses a giant if-clause encompasing all of the episode's lines to react to the patch. Later episodes use much, much shorter if-clauses delivering the different lines. So either start again or be sure to play beyond the Christine nightmare scene to see if the patch is or isn't actually working.

Ok if then so but then they should write that the download link is not working or something like that and not that the mod is not working.Anyway i updated/changed in the mod today the main picture.I wrote there right Incest version like the screenshot.Maybe that helps a litte to see if they install the mod correctly
Usually don't write anything but I want to echo alot of the previous messages. Hope the dev is doing okay. Love this game and wish an update is around the corner but their well being is more important.

Same. I thought I read people say the last thing they heard from him was that he was feeling wiped out and was going to go lie down. Now I keep having thoughts like what if he took something and accidentally OD-ed or something? As horrible as this may sound, I'm hoping that he just had a breakdown and is currently getting help and care somewhere and will get out when he's better
. Just trying to think of reasons he could suddenly drop out of contact for so long that still involve him breathing.

Yeah, I knew a young man. He had a job with the forest rangers and there was a special thing planned for the next day. He was dealing with a lot of pain and wanted to get enough sleep so he could attend in the morning. Turns out, he and some members of his family are very tolerant of pain meds genetically, so he took to many. He didn't wake up.Same. If anyone is a patron, could you try contacting Patreon to ask and confirm if there was any activity in Nefastus's account? Since they have his bank (or Paypal, etc.) details for payouts, they can try to get hold of him through his banking contact and verify if he's still alive.

I'm not sure if any privacy policy applies to that situation. A privacy policy cannot circumvent statutory laws, otherwise you could film child pornography and claim privacy protection when you were investigated.
Privacy policy is not an absolute. Otherwise you could demand your bank to delete all your customer records and you would be debt-free. I work in a financial institution and I can tell you there are daily requests coming in demanding just that and all such requests are denied with a polite 'fuck you'.
While on topic of debt, if a creator was in debt and collections came knocking, Patreon would be compelled to surrender details of the offender and allow collections to garnish Patreon income.
A creator authorizes Patreon to send money to his account, which is taxable in most jurisdictions. In some countries, Patreon is required to provide annual tax statements to creators.
They also need to monitor accounts for fraudulent activity.
These requirements force Patreon to be able to verify that the person they have on file is the owner of the account.
All this makes me think that Patreon probably could investigate.

If there are reasonable doubts whether the account holder is still active and still receiving money pledged by patrons, they have an obligation to act, including withholding payments.
Now, whether they would act on a user report is another matter, but complete radio silence should prompt Patreon into investigating the situation.
Patreon doesn't keep creator pages open when they are made aware that the creator passed away. Privacy policy prevents them from providing full disclosure, but they do remove creator pages.
