Aside from obvious pregnancy(ies), is there or will there be any actual consequences to creampies / pregnancies? For example, am I on the wrong path with the wife (romance route), will she lose her shit when she finds out? Will others get jealous or upset? etc. I'm looking for spoilers here since the dev / walkthrough is being annoyingly cryptic over this and I'm not finding my answers in the search results here. What's the point of a walkthrough if you don't know what the best direction to take is?
It really depends on what you want to see. I don't think I've encountered any decision that is "bad" yet, although I can't say for sure that there aren't any. However, if there are any, I don't think they are very common. What I'm assuming that path does is (if she finds out and is mad) MC talks to her and makes her understand. I'm currently on this route myself I believe, I haven't played in a few days but I believe it doesn't close any romantics/content off. Just in case, I would recommend saving before doing it if possible. If you already have done it, It's most likely fine anyways.

I think most of the "bad" results are not in the game yet, as it is all pretty much happy harem right now. There are hints to solo paths and chances to commit to one girl, but I believe the Dev said he's still working on those.
I have tried PTs where I focus on only one or two girls and try and reject the wife, but those variables don't seem to be in place yet, as dialogue continues to refer to sex with them whether you actually chose to bang them or not.
Right now, the only choices seem to be what scenes you want to see, and what you want to skip.

Btw, does anyone else see the resemblance between Christine (youngest daughter) and the RL pornstar "MihaNika69" who also does step family roleplay (in a different language but is subtitled)?

What I want her to resemble is the pornstar that gives her anal V card to MC
No "bad" decisions. There may be a few hiccups from wantonly blasting away inside of everyone, but nothing the MC wouldn't be able to smooth over fairly quickly. I was going to go hardcore your decision in version .03 might fuck your save in version .30....but after thinking it through I don't get where the fun is in that.
When I get to making one girl paths more feasible and fleshed out, hopefully then there will be some serious issues to choosing to wander, but for now while it's purely harem focused there won't be any "Fuck you I'm leaving you" type scenes for the trivial matter of knocking up your daughters best friends....lmao.
I'll just say MC has already agreed to go to another meet, and that meet is a bit further away. Might need to get a hotel room for a day or two, who knows what people might get up to

Quick update:
So the first bit of this month has been fantastic. Been able to really focus on the game rather than random bits and pieces of real life popping up, or random folks popping in to "see how I am doing." Got quite a bit of work done, should be a much quicker turnaround between updates this time.
Now for the teaser. The first pic of the room. Its obviously someplace we haven't seen yet, just wanted to get your brains flowing thinking about who it could belong to and what mischief the MC might get up to in a room like that
. The room is the teaser, the second pic...well I felt bad having an empty room as a teaser so I had some fun cloning our resident ginger.(NOTE)
