GDRIVE: too many downloads, file offline
ANON: 200-400 KB/s -> 6-9 hours, later failed

If you have a google drive account you can just add it to your google drive (top corner of the screen), then go to your google drive account then make a copy (right click the file copy), then you can download the copy.
Gets around the quota, a little trick I learned in the navy. Just remember to delete the file from your account after downloading it.
