A bunch of my saves were borked, but on reading that someone got an older save to work, I went a bit further back in mine. I got to a save that when loaded, reset to when MC is waiting for Rock to arrive at the office to clear the air around the police asking questions. Had no problem after that.

If you can replay the end of .24 and save the game on that Black screen saying 'Save here...' - THAT save will work.

I tend to save a couple of screens prior to the "Save Here" in games. Went back to 0.24 and made a new save at the final (black) screen. This now loads in 0.25 (although you cannot scroll back from there). If you want to recap the story, you'll need to use and load 0.24.
