The problem is the path you have the game in. There's a space in the path's name in your log that I'm seeing.

No i only found 5 books in the last update, i just downloaded the new update and used my old saved as you mentioned before but didn't trigger any new events from the new update.

The problem is the path you have the game in. There's a space in the path's name in your log that I'm seeing.

The easiest method would be to move the game's folder so that the path would be "C:\Midnight Sin".
