There is. If you 'upload' your latest Game-Save on the site: saveeditonline(dot)com
Once you've made a few buck by working on your laptop, the Value change of your Cash will show on the list of Variables.
Click on the cash Value on the Cheat Site, and you can add any amount.

Another problem is, that after MCs 'Fitness Accident', I've had him running around the apartment for 2+ weeks, repeating the few lousy options there are, and ZERO progress!!!
