That wasn't even that dark, and It also says "secrets" plural signaling more than one.
But like I said, since the dev changed things around it will probably just become a frankenstein with missing content that doesn't fully make sense storywise, only the future will tell what becomes of this mess.

Either we are talking about grandpa cospiracy, where he has been going around town for a while and he is also great-grandpa and father altogether, or at the very least a supernatural/succubus revelation. There should be a reason for no studs around aside from grandpa.
Either way, who cares, I enjoy the sandbox gameplay and the teasing in the game from the start, I'm not going to argue that porn games need good story since most don't anyways.

The story make sense without the NTR, exploring the dark past of the city, trying to fuck busty milf and get ride of the creepy grandpa seems good, I don't see when it became necessary for the story to help him fuck MC family, you just want ntr in this game too hard

I would like to support the developer. Honestly, I do not see the problem. The new poker scene is not related to the main game, it's like a FAN ART drawn by the hand of the developer. And another patrons, how i can see, has no problem with that. In general, if you read more patreon posts from the developer, and get into it, it becomes clear why he needs more time, there it is reliably explained and it is clearly NOT related to one custom linear scene. There is also his position on custom scenes in the future.
