As of 6.1.1 I still get the Fluffy bug. If you don't click on him the first time he appears at the front of hotel, he's just gone. Also, if you open cupboard to the vodka before getting the cocktail quest, you can't pick up the vodka bottle. You litterally have to follow the walkthrough step by step. Exploring or doing anything out of order breaks most quests. What a joke. New game as of 6.1.1

Use the v6.1.1 version - it's fixed.

And how to catch dog???

When you first see the dog, don't click/touch him.
Get the sleeping pills (from suitcase) and a piece of bologna (kitchen), put them together, and touch the dog with them.
Easy, right?

Six updates in four years doesn't get very far in a story.

Can't say I blame the dev, it's not like he/they get a ton of support (although more frequent updates may help).
