I've made an unofficial ipatch of my own (for my own use). even though i'm sharing it, I have no plans to maintain it. use at at your own risk
As long as Dev/writer doesn't add more "relatives" AND stop changing character variables, it should work for future releases.
just copy it into the game folder.

There was a typo in that file. corrected it

Thank you that's a lot of work just to change something that the dev should give us the option right away not sure i would have looked in that file.
