I don't mind waiting for a good update. Yet, I don't like the fact the developer keeps quiet.
In this case Icstor doesn't provide enough information to his patrons. He said he needs a little more time, because he couldn't make his deadline (again), but didn't give any indication how long it will take. Be honest to your followers, don't set a deadline if you can't meet. And most of all; communicate.

even when it reaches 100% Devs will take few more days to test it out so give or take we will get it by 20th september hopefully

Time that he added because of those neighbors... not sure if that was wise. No one cares about them unless there will be a plot connecting them with main characters. I would blindly trade 3 renders with neighbours for one with any Gal from main Trio.
