You don't need to import anything. The saves are stored in another directory.

What makes you think they are is? If they were, they would be already on Discord, and accordingly here. Or were sent to hundred-dollar patrons. In any case, it is unlikely that you will see them.
There are no updates to the game, such as NLT. You need to delete the old version of the game (to not take up space), and download the new one on the first page. Saves will be picked up automatically from Appdata.
If you reinstalled the OS after you finished the old version, so there are no more saves. You need to make a backup before you delete the game. Milfy City/Game/saves

Yes. Go along this path Android/data/com.org.milfycity/files/game and delete patch.rpy
If there is a patch.rpyc, then it also needs to be removed

I don't know what the last version you played was. You should check the changelog in the Original Post on page 1. The difference in version 0.6c up to 0.6e should be mostly animations, bugfixes and a minigame.

Yeah, just some versions had problems. Also, everyone loves the developer of this game, the game itself, and the characters of this game. And updates come out very often. That's why there are so many pages.
