Well, if I recall, after you've helped them out it says in the game something along that line too.
They're gone, as was their location, right after the deed was finally done.
Odd that she, Zuri(?) is still working for Bob.. even after the twins "windfall"...lol. You'd think that to really kill that arc in the story, they'd have upped sticks and left for sunnier climbs, and a life of debauchery?

If I recall correctly, the key should be on the table of miss Celia's class. You can take it when she's not there. Btw, there's a walkthrough if you look at the bottom of this page at similar threads.
