To be honest, if he finishes the game, ties up lose ends and actually ends with all the content he has teased, I really dont care if it takes another year. That's fine. But honestly it would be better to do something like a kickstarter for this idea. With patreon there is an expectation of receiving something for your subscription...not just you know, MAYBE a complete game every few years.

So I see both sides to it. Like if you are going the Patreon route patrons need to actually feel like they are receiving something. Maybe he switch up and do a monthly pin-up while slowly working on the game? I don't know. Just trying to figure out things to make it work.

Making a game is like a marathon.
Get tired soon.
Communication with fans is important.
But it is ICSTOR who makes the game and his will is more important.
Make it the way you wanted to make it at first.
And you don't have to do it all by yourself. Find a story writer.

That's the thing, you assume most of us didn't pay, but there are over 1000 patreon subs he loses every month while gaining others... and there are a lot of us here who did pay him, and only got delays and false promises. Even now, he admitted he didn't work for months after he promised he would get his shit together.

And no, he wouldn't establish anything since he's in it for the money only. As long as people hope there's a chance a new version will be out, they will support him. Until they realize it's all been for nothing.

The developer is a lazy scam artist. It's that simple. Yet, he still has over 7k patrons, and people willing to go to bat for him on this board. I despise him. However, you have to respect the cult of personality he's developed. This game will never be done. I doubt it'll get another update. Those are my opinions, but I also suspect they're facts. Sad reality is that there are very good games and developers out there that deserve support. Yet this guy gets it, because he made a few pretty women and promised the moon. The real tragedy is that people are wasting money on this guy rather than supporting those that deserve it.

But when it came to Icstor who leeched off of his patrons for months without working, the self-proclaimed autist (his words, not mine) had nothing but respect for the scammer and changed his tone from insulting to understanding in a blink of an eye. OMG you ok man? I know taking a vacation is hard, but it would be nice if you could communicate with us next time. No? Ok then. Kind Regards... Guys, I am new here and just curious. How safe is it to download stuff like this when it comes to a virus or a malware. Do I have to worry or is it safe?

Na dang... really liked the art and the story behind it. Its a pity this guy became greedy. I supported him quite a while ago for half a year. But I stopped when he took his 3 month break. Meh... :-(

Nevertheless"Being a DIK" developed in such a fine game.I hope this won't happen to it too.

the uploaded stuff here is checked, so it should be safe.
sometimes there could be false av-alarms (happens with renpy exe-files) depending on your av.
however, as the other guy posted already, you could/should always check the downloaded stuff with virustotal.

I have a theory milfy city was number one but ICSTOR played being a dik and was like this shit is so much better all i have is hot girls and animations. Reason why he wants to start a new game is because he is arrogant thinks himself number 1 creator with the most patreons but now not anymore feeling threatened by thee rise of competition he is giving up

I'll be the first to say I don't pay to play these games. But people who WANT to contribute and help these developers deserve to see their money actually come to something. I get the anger. I can sit back and wait but these guys can't. If he was pumping out art each month I'd think it would be different and there would be signs of progress but I think he's just afraid that when he finishes his game everyone will cancel their patreon. I think he's not seeing the big picture that if he showed that he can follow through a make a good game, people will be MORE interested in the next one.

Personally I've yet to find a game that pleases me as aesthetically as this one (character models and such), so I want to see it finished.

I will say that I do get tired of all these women with tits the size of oil tankers. I mean, jesus, the chiropractor bills.

He already finished 3 games that I know of
He use to be on top of the food chain(of porn VN)
Maybe after more then 4 years of creating VN's he doesn't have the same passion as he had when he started
