You should treat that 80% as "here's a number I threw out to keep people pledging". I don't think we can rely on its veracity.
Just like that sjw that does summertimesaga, and the scammers from "skullgear" (6 months for 1 update that makes you start all over again), there ought to be a "Wall of Shame" or "Wall of Scammers" in this forum.
And there should be a "Wall of Respectable Devs" and put Nenad Asanovic there, and others who work regularly, and actually deliver.

Now with over 7000 supporters, you would expect regular updates to Milfy City, but that hasn't panned out as you can see. Regardless of content size to updates, the number of updates has steadily gone down over the years. Don't expect that there will be a updates anytime soon. Best to look for other games out there, trust me there's a lot.
